About Me
My name is Kristie. I am married to my best friend, Donald. Okay, I know that sounds corny but it’s true. We have 6 great kids. I am a housewife and I currently homeschool one of my children (my three oldest have transitioned to public school). I enjoy simple pleasures…a good book, a classic movie, and trips to the bathroom ALONE! If you’ve ever had a house full of little ones…you know what I mean.
I am a Christian. I really enjoy being involved in my church. In the past, I have struggled with being shy but the more I grow in the Lord, the more I am able to be myself and not worry about what others think. That has helped bring me out of my shell some.
This blog is titled “Moments” because there are moments in my life I want to share. Moments when I feel God’s presence and hear Him speaking to me personally. Moments with my kids and husband that I don’t want to forget. Moments when I just need to vent. These are my moments.

I need to update my page. 2 of my kids have come back to homeschooling this year. I am currently homeschooling 4 (really 5 since my 3 year old joins in everything we do).
Like everything else, we have our good days and our bad days, but I do love it.
